Yield: Makes 2 portions. Suitable from seven months. Suitable for freezing (without banana).
You can make this with a pear and blueberries or in summer with a peach and blueberries. Blueberries have the highest antioxidant content of any fruit. This is quite a runny puree and so it's good to thicken it with some mashed banana or Greek yogurt.
Ingredients
Directions
- Put the chopped pear and blueberry into the microwave dish, cover with the lid, open the valve and cook for one and a half minutes.
- Alternatively put the fruit in a small saucepan and cook for a couple of minutes.
-
Mash or puree the cooked pear and blueberries together with a small banana. Alternatively mix with some yogurt.
