Super Omega Easy Stir Fry
Use fish sticks for an extra special meal that's delicious and nutritious.
- Prepare fish and rice according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Saute vegetables for 15 minutes or until tender.
- Cut fish sticks into thirds. Add rice and cut fish stick to vegetables in skillet and lightly stir entire mixture to distribute fish and vegetables throughout.
- Serve immediately. Makes four servings. Serve with pineapple rings, orange slices, or apple wedges.
