Super Omega Easy Stir Fry

Use fish sticks for an extra special meal that's delicious and nutritious.



  1. Prepare fish and rice according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Saute vegetables for 15 minutes or until tender.
  3. Cut fish sticks into thirds. Add rice and cut fish stick to vegetables in skillet and lightly stir entire mixture to distribute fish and vegetables throughout.
  4. Serve immediately. Makes four servings. Serve with pineapple rings, orange slices, or apple wedges.
