Omega Fish Sandwich

Sub in fish sticks for an extra special sandwich that's delicious and nutritious.



  1. Prepare fish fillets according to package instructions.
  2. Lightly brush olive oil on the inside of each slice of hoagie bun.
  3. Place cheese on hoagie bun and place in oven for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  4. Place fish and avocado slices on top of melted cheese and top with spicy brown mustard.
  5. Serve with sweet potato crinkle fries, veggie cup, and fresh apple slices.
