Berry Dairy Dream Smoothie

A great way to pour one more serving of milk to help you and your family get key nutrients you need.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups fat free or lowfat milk
    1 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries
    2 tablespoons honey
    Splash of Ginger Ale or 7-Up

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender.
  2. For an extra creamy dream add 1/2 cup strawberry ice cream or low fat raspberry frozen yogurt.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
