1 cup fat free or lowfat milk
1 cup fat free or lowfat chocolate frozen yogurt
2 regular sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
- Combine milk and frozen yogurt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Crumble in 2 regular sandwich cookies (like Oreos) and blend.
- Serve and enjoy.
