Tuna California Pizza

Nothing quite better than a good pizza under the California sun with some fresh tuna. Not in California? This tuna will still knock your socks off.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Yield: 4 servings


    1 pouch or can (5 oz.) tuna
    1 large prepared pizza crust
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 jar (6 oz) marinated artichoke hearts
    1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
    1/2 red onion, sliced
    1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
    1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
    1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped (or 1 Tablespoon dried basil)


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees (Fahrenheit).
  2. Place pizza crust on baking sheet.
  3. Heat olive oil in small skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour dressing over apple-tuna mixture; toss gently to coat.
  5. Add garlic and sautee 30 second (do not burn).
  6. Spread sauteed garlic oil over pizza crust.
  7. Spread flaked tuna over crust evenly.
  8. Top with red peppers, artichokes, red onion and feta cheese.
  9. Sprinkle with basil.
