Yogurt Fruit Parfait
All of my kids between 5 and 13 especially loved these yogurt parfaits, and were able to make them themselves with very minimal help from mom (mostly clean-up!).
Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat vanilla or plain yogurt
1 cup berries (washed and dried)
1/2 cup low-fat granola
Hands-On Time: 5 minutes
Ready In: 5 minutes
Yield: 2 servings
Step 1: Spoon 1/2 cup yogurt into a small dessert dish.
Step 2: Layer with 1/2 cup berries.
Step 3: Layer with 1/4 cup granola.
Step 4: Stir to combine. Repeat in separate dish, and serve.
