Sesame Cabbage Slaw
Sesame slaw is fast and full of flavor and pairs perfectly with chicken lettuce wraps. Having similar ingredients in both recipes speeds prep-time, as well.

4 cups shredded Napa cabbage
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup snow peas, blanched and sliced thinly, lengthwise
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
- Toss together cabbage, carrot, snow peas and cilantro.
- Mix dressing ingredients well and pour over cabbage.
- Toss well to coat.
- Refrigerate for at least half an hour before serving.
