Sesame Cabbage Slaw

Sesame slaw is fast and full of flavor and pairs perfectly with chicken lettuce wraps. Having similar ingredients in both recipes speeds prep-time, as well.

    4 cups shredded Napa cabbage
    1 cup shredded carrot
    1 cup snow peas, blanched and sliced thinly, lengthwise
    1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro

    2 tablespoons sesame oil
    2 tablespoons rice vinegar
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
    2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion


  1. Toss together cabbage, carrot, snow peas and cilantro.
  2. Mix dressing ingredients well and pour over cabbage.
  3. Toss well to coat.
  4. Refrigerate for at least half an hour before serving.
