Turkish Delight Rice Pudding
Give dessert a Middle Eastern flavor with this fragrant pudding. It's the perfect finale to a meal organized around the Turkish principle of meze: that beloved "a little of this, a little of that" style of dining that is also referred to as grazing, tapas, or "too lazy to make a main course." Delicious and healthy dishes like shepherd's salad, borek (a feta pastry), mini burgers, and hummus make perfect everyday family food.
