Banana Boats
Gooey and delicious, this custom-made banana treat gives your child a chance to get creative.

Bananas (peels on)
Chocolate chips
Butterscotch chips
Peanut butter chips
Mini marshmallows

- Heat oven to 400. Cut a lengthwise slit in each banana, going through the peel and into the center of the fruit.
- Let your child tuck any combination of chips, marshmallows, and peanut butter (1 to 2 tablespoons of each) inside. Close the bananas back up and wrap tightly in foil.
- Bake on a cookie sheet until insides are warm and melted, about 20 minutes. The peel will be black, but the inside will be heavenly.
- Let cool, then scoop into a bowl or eat right out of the peel.
