Italian-Seasoned Green Beans
How about an oldie but goodie to add to your healthy food repertoire? One product my cabinet is never without is Mrs. Dash®. Mrs. Dash® seasoning blends are something my family has used for years. It adds a burst of flavor with no calories, sodium or fat. What other product does all that? While we enjoy the entire line of Mrs. Dash®, our favorite is Garlic and Herb. We love it on bagels with cream cheese, steamed or sautéed veggies, soups, stews, salads -- just about everything.

Yield: 4-6 servings
1 lb fresh green beans, cleaned
2-3 T olive oil
1 T Mrs. Dash Garlic® and Herb Seasoning
- Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, Mrs. Dash® and green beans.
- Saute until the beans are tender-crisp.
- Add salt to taste and serve.
