No-cook and grilling recipes are something you'll be hearing from me about all summer long. Not only do I appreciate the no-cook solution, I also enjoy the ease of few ingredients, and any recipe that passes those two requirements is high on my list of "must try." Recipes that have five or less ingredients are great, but a mere three is awesome, especially if there's no cooking involved.

Hands-On Time: 15 minutes
Ready In: 2 hours and 15 minutes
Yield: 4-6 servings

Ingredients

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    ½ c lemon juice
    ½ c orange juice
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    1 T fresh oregano-snipped or 1 t dried

Directions

  1. Combine everything in a large zippered plastic bag and marinate for 2 hours.
  2. Drain and discard marinade and grill chicken over medium coals (or medium heat on a gas grill) for 6-8 minutes each side or until juices run clear when chicken is pricked with a fork.
