Basil, Butter and Mint Baby Carrots

Of all the dishes in my Thanksgiving meal for two, these were my favorite. The combination of basil and mint is delicious!



  1. Cook carrots in boiling salted water until tender -- about 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Drain well and keep warm.
  3. Toss with butter, mint and basil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Ingredient Note
    Fresh mint would be awesome -- one leaf of each, minced would suffice.
