Cannot bring myself to make an Italian soup without garlic, so added some to the meatballs. Also to add depth for the adults in the audience, I added a little chicken stuffing spice. and becaue i am always looking for ways to up the veggie content of any dish, I added a small cubed zucchini when I added the meatballs. Also becuae i was making this to take to work and reheat in the microwave, I put baby spinach in a fold-top sandwich bag, and threw on the top when I put it into the microwave. worked great! C
