Monday: Chicken Chili

This hearty chili is tempered by the surprising addition of apple cider, which makes it a very kid-friendly dinner. It's mom-friendly too, because it utilizes a great time saver: rotisserie chicken.

lasagna

Tuesday: Easy Lasagna

Taking advantage of no-boil noodles and already-prepared sauce, this simple lasagna comes together in minutes.

Easy Lasagna
Side Dish: Roasted Zucchini with Pesto

Wednesday: Leftovers Night

Leftover chili can be spooned over hot dogs, or healthy turkey dogs, for a quick and casual main meal. If you want to go meat-free, serve it over quick-cooking rice. Extra lasagna can be paired with a simple green salad or tossed together with quick-cooking boneless chicken breasts.

Sunday: Turkey Sausage & Arugula Pasta

The cheese in this quick and easy dish is the key to the balance of flavors. For the biggest impact, make sure to use imported Italian cheese.

Having a meal plan is great. You buy only what you need, so no spending extra on things you won't use.
