It's always nice to find cheap recipes for my family. My favorite 1,5$ dinner are: chicken egg rolls and fried rice with chicken. I want to try eggplant mozzarella. Anybody tried this ??

These recipes are great! Certainly these are nothing revolutionary, but they are varied indeed and I do like the way they're presented in a down-to-earth, practical format , along with great tips for what and what not to do. I'm especially intrigued by the Snow Cream recipe (magical ice-cream indeed!) and the Pintos and Cheese Salad (it just looks SO tasty). Short Order Man proves you don't need to break the bank to keep your family well-fed - keep the humour and the recipes coming!
