- PLACE canola or olive oil, peanut butter, chickpeas, lemon juice, sesame oil, garlic and salt in food processor. Blend until smooth. Stir in parsley.
- SERVE with additional olive oil and pita chips.
- Can also be used as a dip for fresh raw vegetables.
