Kielbasa in Maple and Beer
I've heard tell of those who find the football game secondary to the tailgate party. I'm one of those people. Don't get me wrong; I love a good football game, but the fun had with others on a crisp fall day sharing our favorite hearty fall foods just can't be beat.

- Combine everything in a heavy pot and simmer until sauce thickens and kielbasa starts to brown (about 30 minutes).

It's fast and easy and would be a good potluck food to make. It's easy to have kielbasa frozen and then take it out in the morning and then the meal is ready for cooking that evening.

It is fast, everyone liked it and it's only got three ingredients! Some people might be turned off becuase of the beer in the recipe, but it simmers and boils for about 1/2 hour and there is no beer taste and no alcohol left once you eat the meat.
