Hello, Cynwig. I find that even my friends who are not great cooks get good results from casseroles. You can't go wrong with a simple tuna noodle casserole. That's just boiling the noodles, putting them in a pan with a couple drained cans of tuna mixed in, some chopped celery and carrots for veggies (and even thawed frozen peas if your kids like them), then top it with grated cheese, and bake for maybe 25 minutes uncovered. Baked dishes like this are great because you put everything in the pan, and as long as you don't forget it's in the oven, they usually come out pretty nicely, and they're kid friendly!
