you can also put some strawberries in sweetened condenced milk and it will be like a light cream

The easiest ever and most popular for this time of years is strawberry shortcake. You don't need shortcake at all, Angel Food or poundcake work wonderfully. Toss freshly sliced strawberries with a little sugar, spoon over cake and top with whipped cream - nothing easier!
