do you think these would work for picky 3 year olds, because mine is very picky and stubborn and i am at my wits end trying to get my son to eat, i still can't believe he is gaining wait, but i want it to be nutrisious to, so i will try this out and get back to you

I may try that Banana Cheese Pie... breakfast is always a battle here. My son's just not a big morning person and has no interest - so on preschool days I really have to fight him to eat something. I'm sure he'd love to have dessert for breakfast!

The banana cheese pie looks interesting, but the bread pudding smells too much like dessert to me...

These look wonderful. You know, my mom used to serve custard for breakfast all the time, and I had completely forgotten about it. I'm going to give these a try. Thanks!

These recipes work well for the weekend, when you have more time to make breakfast. Although they can work for school days, since you can make them the night before and refrigerate them. I would never give my kids sugary "dessert" cereal for breakfast -- these are such a better compromise.
