About the Possibility Shop
This is Courtney's second season of 'The Possibility Shop,' having teamed with Clorox in 2009 for a series of creative "how-to" webisodes designed to inspire kids' imaginations -- and that happy outcome in turn inspired this second season, rich in fun activities and crafts that produce "Aha!" moments of creative inspiration for the whole family.
Author of 'Courtney's Creative Adventures,' she is also an illustrator, teacher, mom, television personality (with frequent appearances on 'The View' and 'The Early Show'), and creative guru, having worked with schools and families across the country to enhance children's creativity by inspiring enthusiasm and bolstering an "I-can-do" spirit.
Since her childhood, Courtney has dreamed of imparting to others the rich opportunities for creative expression found in everyday life, and after years of teaching kids (and developing and launching The Backyard, an award-winning, creative enrichment program for children), she has been able to apply her multiple skills to realizing her dream -- and with the endorsement and support of the like-minded folks at Clorox, 'The Possibility Shop' was born.
