French Fries Costume
Prep Time: 3 hours max
Costume Materials
- thick styrofoam
- yellow spray paint
- thick cardboard sandwich board
- glue or duck tape or both
- red and yellow paint
- black marker
Costume Instructions
- Thick styrofoam. - Cut into long strips to look like the shape of french fries. (about 3"x 3")Can be cut with rugged edge, to look like potato.
- Spray paint all sides yellow.
- Take large thick cardboard poster board,and fold edges so the front covers your body, and the sides fold behind. Will probably not cover the back completey. You can sew the back together with a few strips of thick straps or shoelaces. Duck tape will work too.
- Cut out armholes on the sides.
- Cut out the top of the front of the cardboard in the shape of a McDonald's french frie box.
- Paint the big yellow arch ( with the black shadow line)
- Paint the rest red.
- Once the foam fries have dried, duck tape or glue them to the inside of the cardboard. Leave room for your head and shoulders.
