Creative, easy, and SO unique. This is a costume for all ages or a group. Quick and inexpensive is the only way to go!

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Costume Materials
  • blue swim cap
  • blue face paint
  • black clothing
Costume Instructions
  1. Dress in black clothing, place the swim cap on head, and paint face and neck. That's it!
  2. I mixed blue and white face paint to match the blues perfectly. Swim caps may be uncomfortable after a couple of hours... super easy and very cheap.
  3. This costume gets reactions from everyone you run into! Very original and fun!
