| Instructions: | |
| 1. |  Use a pencil and ruler to divide the stiff felt into 11
triangles, as shown (A). Cut two 1- by 12-inch strips of
self-stick felt and trim one long edge of each with pinking
shears. |
| 2. |  Stick one strip along each edge of the stiff felt as shown
(B). Cut out the triangles, remove the bits of felt from each
pointed end, and punch a hole in the center of each wide
end. |
| 3. |  For each pennant, knot a 10-inch piece of cord into a
circle. Thread it through the pennant hole and back through
itself to secure it, as shown (C). |
