| 1. | Use a pencil and ruler to divide the stiff felt into 11
triangles, as shown (A). Cut two 1- by 12-inch strips of
self-stick felt and trim one long edge of each with pinking
shears. |

circle. Thread it through the pennant hole and back through
itself to secure it, as shown (C). |
