| 12-inch balloon
Plaster cloth (we used 2 packages of Activa Rigid Wrap; see Plaster Cloth Basics) cut into 6-inch strips Scissors Shallow pan of warm water Bowl Aluminum foil Masking tape Acrylic paints and brushes Craft foam and stapler or foam tape (for variations) | |

| 1. | Ears and nose: Form ears and a nose from aluminum foil and tape them onto the unpainted plastered balloon (as in step 5 of Plaster Pals). Cover the foil and tape completely with a layer of plaster strips. Allow the project to dry completely before painting (for our shiny base paint, we used a brown metallic acrylic). |

Dog collar stand: Cut craft foam into a 2- by 17-inch
strip, secure it into a ring with staples or double-sided foam
tape, and dress it up with paper-fastener studs. Display your
pooch on top of the collar once the paint is completely dry.
