8-1/2- by 5-1/2-inch piece of paper Glue | |

| Instructions: | |
| 1. | First, have your child cut out letters from magazines and newspapers to spell her name or a message. |
| 2. | Glue the letters across the top of an
8-1/2- by 5-1/2-inch piece of paper, as shown on our pad. |
| 3. | Finally, take the sheet to a copy shop and
have them make it into a notepad. Pricing depends on paper choice, number of pages, and backing choice. Ours, with cardboard backing and 75 color pages, were $8 each. |
