If you have a prolific artist in your house, this card idea from Betsy Feathers of East Nassau, New York, offers a great way to put his masterpieces to good use: send them off as part of your family's holiday greetings.

Prep Time: Under 1 hour
What you need:
 Child's artwork
Photo frame card and envelope (available at craft stores for about $6 for a package of 6)
Glue stick or tape
Seasons: Christmas
Materials: children's artwork
Instructions:
1.Step 1Trim your child's drawing or painting into a rectangle that's slightly larger than the opening in the card. Tip: If you have a large piece of art, mark and cut it into sections, as we did.
2.Use a glue stick or tape to adhere each piece of artwork behind the window.

Kids' Art Card

I did this idea as birthday invitations to my daughter's party. If you want to make this project less expensive, skip the frame cards. Simply spray mount or glue the art to the front of a plain card leaving a border all the way around. It looks just as nice.
