Here's an easy way to make cute belts out of Dad's old ties!
| Prep Time: Under 1 hour | |
| What you need: | |
| Tape measure
Scissors Old tie Fabric glue (available at craft stores; we used Fabri-Tac) 2 key rings (ours were 1 1/2 inches in diameter) | |
| Seasons: Year round | |
| Materials: tie | |
| Instructions: | |
| 1. | Measuring from the narrow end of the tie, cut a length that's about 10 inches longer than your waist (ours measured 32 inches). |
| 2. | Use the glue to seal the cut end of the tie shut. With the
seam side down, slide both rings onto the cut end. Fold the
fabric back over itself and glue to secure the rings in place, as
shown. |
