| What you need: | |
| Polymer clay
22-gauge, permanent-colored copper wire | |
| Seasons: Year round | |
| Materials: clay | |
| Instructions: | |
| 1. |  Roll and shape all the clay parts shown. |
| 2. | Bend 3 short pieces of wire slightly in the middle for legs and press them into the small flattened clay base, as shown. |
| 3. | In order, press the head, thorax, and abdomen balls on top of the wire legs. |
| 4. | Insert the 2 smaller pieces of wire into the head for antennae. |
