Hang some planets and strings of twinkling stars before the party's launch, and you'll transform your home into a glowing space-scape.

Tips
Plan an Out-of-This-World Party!

Prep Time: Under 1 hour
What you need:
 Pipe cleaners
Styrofoam ball
Fishing line
Large sheet of colored plastic wrap
Craft foam
Glow-in-the-dark stickers
Paper clip
Poster tack
Seasons: Year round
Materials: styrofoam
Instructions:
1.step 1For each planet, cut off a 2-inch piece of pipe cleaner. Bend it in half to form a V, then tie a length of fishing line around the point of the V. Lay a Styrofoam ball in the center of a large sheet of colored plastic wrap, gather the wrap around the ball, then twist it tightly.
2.step 2Trim the excess wrap to about 1 inch and lay it flat. Position the ends of the pipe cleaner on each side of the twisted wrap, then push them firmly into the ball. For a ringed orb, draw 2 concentric circles on a sheet of craft foam (make the outer circle 3 inches larger than the ball's diameter, the inner circle 1/4 inch smaller than the diameter). Cut along the lines and fit the ring over the ball.Decorate your planet with glow-in-the-dark stickers.
3.To suspend it, we tied a paper clip to the fishing line, then covered the clip with a wad of poster tack and stuck it to the ceiling.
