| Instructions: | |
| 1. | Using the tube of paint, draw a decorative bandage on the felt. Glue on the googly eyes and pom-pom nose, and marker on a mouth, as shown. When the paint and glue have dried, cut out the bandage and attach it to the soap dish cover. |
| 2. | Print your child's contact numbers on a piece of paper cut to fit inside the cover and glue it in place. |
| 3. | Finally, fill the box with items your child may need, such as a small bottle of hand sanitizer, an alcohol wipe, lotion, an eyeglass repair kit, dental floss, and a prepaid phone card. |
