Tape Glue Crepe paper streamers Pipe cleaners Craft feathers Colored paper Scissors Toothpick Googly eyes Pom-pom Pink and purple felt Fabric paint | |

| Instructions: | |
| 1. | Remove one end from a empty, clean can and cover the open edge with tape. |
| 2. | Glue pink paper around the outside of the can, folding any extra over the top and bottom edges. |
| 3. | Create the skirt by gluing two lengths of crepe paper streamer around the can, one above the other, gathering and gluing a few inches at a time. |
| 4. | Glue a pipe cleaner just above the skirt for a waistband. |
| 5. | Bend another pipe cleaner into 2 loops and glue it, along with 2 craft feathers, to the back of the can for a headdress. |
| 6. | For hair, curl thin strips of colored paper around a toothpick, then glue curls into place. |
| 7. | Add facial features such as googly eyes, paper cheeks and lips, a pom-pom nose, pipe cleaner eyebrows, and curled paper lashes. |
| 8. | Cut arms and hands from pink felt. Add pipe-cleaner bracelets and fabric-painted fingernails. |
| 9. | Cut out purple felt legs and decorate them with black fabric paint to create black fishnet stockings and shoes. |
| 10. | Glue the arms (on the sides) and legs (on the bottom) to the can. |
