| Medium-thickness acetate, 6" by 1 1/2' piece (available at
art supply stores)
Scissors Tape Construction paper Colored foil Mixing bowl Glitter Tissue paper | |

| Instructions: | |
| 1. | Roll the acetate piece into a tube about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Then close up one end of the tube by cutting slits in the sides, folding the strips over, and taping them down. |
| 2. | To fill, rip construction paper and colored foil into confetti-size pieces, then place them in a large mixing bowl. Add a few tablespoons of glitter and stir the confetti mixture to get an even color distribution. |
| 3. | Using a small funnel made from paper, slowly pour the mixture into the wands and cork the open ends with wads of tissue paper that can be removed easily. |
