| 2. | Cut a piece of ribbon long enough to accommodate the number of frames you've made; fold over one end about 1 inch and staple to make a hanging loop. Staple the back of each frame to the ribbon, spacing the frames evenly. |
| 3. | Cut photos to a size slightly smaller than the stars. Sandwich a photo between the front and back of each frame and glue in place. Thread a piece of cord through the loop at the top, and hang. |
