| Instructions: | |
| 1. | Lay a sheet of newspaper on a flat surface. |
| 2. | Sandwich the sheet between two sheets of glossy gift wrap. |
| 3. | Treat the stack as if it were a single sheet of paper, shape it into a large cone. |
| 4. | Tape the overlapping edges of the cone. |
| 5. | Roll up the edge of the cone to create a brow band. |
| 6. | Cut out bright stars from Con-Tact paper and have each child adorn their hat with them. |
