Sugar-coated fruit and fun are the main ingredients for this beautiful Easter Centerpiece.

| Six pounds of various fresh fruit
Apple jelly Water Superfine sugar Newspaper Spring flowers Pastry brushes Easter-looking platter or flat basket | |

| Instructions: | |
| 1. | Lay the newspaper all over your work area. |
| 2. | Wash all of the fruit and lay it out on the newspaper. |
| 3. | Mix one cup of apple jelly and one cup of water. |
| 4. | With a pastry brush, swipe each piece of fruit with the apple jelly/water concoction. |
| 5. | Sprinkle superfine sugar all over the moistened fruit. |
| 6. | Let the fruit dry and then have the kids create a mound of fruit on the platter/flat basket. Intersperse flowers, such as daffodils and lilacs, with the fruit. |
