| Instructions: | |
| 1. | From green craft foam, cut out a curved headband, two end straps, and seven rays, as shown. |
| 2. | Staple the end straps to the ends of the headband. |
| 3. | Cut seven 1-inch-wide slits, evenly spaced, in the headband. |
| 4. | Fit the pointed ends of the rays through the slits, folding the straight ends up against the inner headband and using cloth tape to secure them. |
| 5. | Finally, overlap the end straps and paper-clip them together. |
