| What you need: | |
| 2- by 18-inch piece of Styrofoam
Craft knife Printed fabric Solid-colored fabric Glue Four 14-inch pieces of ribbon | |

| Materials: fabric, fome-cor, ribbon | |
| Instructions: | |
| 1. |  Start with the 12- by 18-inch piece of Styrofoam. Use the
craft knife to cut a 1/2-inch-deep groove 1 inch in from each
edge (adults only). |
| 2. |  Lay a 15- by 21-inch piece of solid-colored fabric atop the
Styrofoam and use a butter knife to tuck some of the fabric into
the groove. Then glue the loose edges to the back of the
Styrofoam. |
| 3. |  Center a piece of printed fabric on the covered board and
tuck the edges into the groove so that they are no longer
visible. |
| 4. | Wrap a 14-inch ribbon around each corner of the board and glue down the ends. Lay another layer of ribbons on top of the board in a criss-cross fashion and tuck the ends into the groove. Lastly, glue on a ribbon hanger. |
