Stitch together simple fabric pouches for creative and colorful gifts.

Prep Time: Under 1 hour
What you need:
 Fabric
Needle and thread
Filling (dried beans or potpourri), optional
Seasons: Christmas, Year round
Materials: fabric, food items, nature objects
Instructions:
1.Cut two five-inch squares of fabric and sew them together, right sides facing each other, leaving room to pour in the filling.
2.Turn the bag right-side out and poke out the corners from the inside with a pencil.
3.Depending on the final product, pour in the filling and stitch up the last side by hand. Three beanbags tied up in ribbon make a nice juggling set for a kid's pal. For a sachet (which adults may prefer), substitute fragrant herbs such as chamomile or mint for the beans.

Variations
Add a snap closure or pullstrings to create a little treasure pouch or change purse.
