Like a training-wheels version of the traditional game, this adaptation offers all the exhilaration with none of the apprehension because -- shh -- there are actually enough seats for everyone!

| Chairs (as many as their are children playing)
Music | |
| Seasons: Birthday, Year round | |
| Materials: wooden table | |
| Instructions: | |
| 1. | To play, simply set out as many chairs as there are children, then put on some boisterous music. |
| 2. | Tell the kids to dance in a big circle around the chairs
until they hear the music stop, when they must -- quickly,
quickly! -- find a chair and sit in it until the music resumes.
With all the scrambling and squealing, you'd never guess there are always enough seats to go around. Back to "Bring in the Noise" |
