| 1. | Cut 2 wings and a belly from craft foam. You can download
these
templates
for all the penguin pieces. Cut a triangle from the top of each
wing, then tape it closed with the duct tape; this creates a
shape that hugs the shoulder. |
| 2. | Cut slits and thread the bow tie through them. |
| 3. | Cut out the beak, 2 feet, and 4 circles for the eyes from
craft foam. Fold the beak in half lengthwise, then use
double-sided foam tape inside the point to secure the
fold. |
| 4. | Tape the small circles onto the big ones. |
| 5. | Attach the beak and eyes to the sweatshirt hood and the
feet to your child's shoes with double-sided foam tape. Secure
the bow tie around your child's neck and adjust it to fit.
