There are 9 holiday favorites with a fun, Latin twist, including "Deck the Halls," "Here Comes Santa Claus," "Jingle Bells," and "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree." There are 7 additional bonus tracks from Dora's holiday movie, Dora's Christmas Carol Adventure included, as well as a board game on the back of the CD booklet, and extra holiday games and activities available via CD-Rom.
"How many different ways can you sing Jingle Bells?" Well, just add a little Latin beat, some explorer-inspired lyrics, and it's "Jingle Bells" Dora-style. For Dora fans and family, the Latin grooves and fan-friendly lyrics, some English, some Spanish, make these traditional Christmas tunes fun and fresh and bearable all season long. Although there are some different words to many of the songs, the essence of these beloved classics is not lost, just enhanced. In "Sleigh Ride," for example, your little ones may be singing, "Vaminos, vaminos," instead of "Giddy-up." And in "Holly Jolly Christmas," friends say "Hola to all your amigos."
