What Parents Should Know
Parents need to know that this song about loving dance and music is from Camp Rock, the upcoming Disney movie targeted at tweens. In the spirit of High School Musical , the song is catchy, positive, and fine for kids of all ages.

Families can talk about why the Disney stars like the Jonas Brothers are so popular with tweens? Is it their music, their looks, or their entire marketing package? How does Disney mold future stars?

Common Sense Media Review
From the soundtrack to the new Disney musical Camp Rock (airing June 2008), "PLAY MY MUSIC" is a fast-paced tribute to how much kids love to dance, sing, and play music. The movie's stars, the Jonas Brothers, lend their vocal chops.

Although the JoBros aren't the best vocally, they do have a level of enthusiasm that's hard to ignore. "Play My Music" is a fun ode to just wanting to yes, play music, but also embraces all things musical, including singing and dancing. It's a wholesome tune that sends tweens a positive message about expression and letting go.

Other rockin' musical soundtracks: High School Musical , Grease, and Hairspray .
