These Minnie Mouse paper flowers will not only make Mom smile, they will never wilt!
Supplies: Scissors, craft knife, and bendy straws
Instructions:
- Print out the Mother's Day flowers on regular paper, or cardstock for sturdier flowers. Cut out the flowers.
- Using a craft knife, make cuts along the crossed lines in the middle of each flower. Next, fold the petals of each flower toward you. You can fold them close to the center of the flower, or for a different look, fold them more toward the outer end of each petal.
- Insert the bottom of your bendy straw through the cut marks made with the craft knife. Slide your flower up to the top of the straw just above the bendy part. Fray the top end of the straw with your scissors and bend the strips away from you. Place the flowers into a vase and this special Mother's Day gift will be complete.
