December 19: The Tale of Despereaux

Not Yet Rated.
Why It's on Our Wishlist: If Despereaux is half the rodent Remy (Ratatouille) was, we're in for a treat. Based on the kids book by Kate Dicamillo and Timothy Basil Ering, Despereaux is a brainy mouse (voiced by Matthew Broderick) who's exiled from Mouseworld when he buddies up to a human princess (voiced by kid fave Emma Watson, Hermione in the Harry Potter movies). The animated fantasy looks like a storybook come to life, so -- like Despereaux -- we're all ears (and eyes).
