November 21: Twilight

Rated PG-13 for some violence and a scene of sensuality.
Why It's on Our Wishlist: A reticent, intriguingly old-fashioned hero who's not Mr. Darcy? To teens, Twilight is the romance of the century. While we're not so sure that Stephenie Meyer, the author of the vampire romance saga that begins with this volume, is this generation's answer to Jane Austen, there's no denying that the romance of Edward Cullen and Bella Swan has captured teens' imaginations (at least if their love-professing Facebook profiles are any indication.)
