Based on Will Eisner's classic comic series, this noir-inspired tale follows a rookie cop returned from beyond the grave as he fights crime in havoc-filled Central City. The atmospheric film is also stocked with femme fatales like Scarlett Johannson, Jamie King, and Eva Mendes, plus Samuel L. Jackson as a baddie named The Octopus.
