Some kids may fret over telling their parents they want to be an actor or entertainer, but for these famous families it was in the genes!

Famous Family: Nicole and Lionel Richie
# 4 of 12:  Nicole and Lionel Richie

Lionel Richie and then-wife Brenda Harvey-Richie started fostering Nicole Richie when she was 3 years old and adopted her when she was 6. In 2003, she traded in her party-girl profession to star on the reality show The Simple Life with childhood friend Paris Hilton. Nicole became a mother herself earlier this year, and says it has changed her life. "I never took life seriously before. I'm in a completely different place now." Nicole has an upcoming clothing line that she named after her daughter, Harlow.

I agree..What About The Sheen's? I'm suprised it didn't also mention Will Smith's son. He played along side his dad in Pursuit of Happiness.

I had no idea that this little actress in Kitt Kittredge was Will Smith's daughter. She was adorable and acted really well! I just never would have guessed.
