July and August
"Journey to the Center of the Earth 3-D"
Opens: July 11Rating: PG
Why We Can't Wait: Two words: Three. D. It will be almost like taking a vacation ... to the dangerous lost world at the center of the earth.

"The Dark Knight"
Opens: July 18Rating: PG-13
Why We Can't Wait: Because after "Batman Begins," Christian Bale seems like he should don the Batsuit for every movie role. Admittedly, this one looks pretty dark, but teens and their parents will find many a reason to love a smart return to the Caped Crusader's Gotham City escapades.

"The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2"
Opens: August 8Rating: Not yet rated.
The Story: After a season of superheroes, spies, and that Jones guy, "Sisterhood" will be a nice change-up for mother-daughter movie-going pairs. Plus, it's hard to watch Blake Lively ("Gossip Girl") and not fall in love with her.
